Sereni Care is a dedicated NDIS service provider based in Western Sydney specialising in psychosocial and mental health disability support. Our mission is to empower individuals living with complex mental health conditions to live with dignity, independence, and meaningful connection within their community.

We understand that mental health and psychosocial disabilities require a unique and compassionate approach. Our team is experienced in supporting participants with complex behavioural needs and conditions such as acquired brain injuries, schizophrenia, complex mental health disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Every participant's journey is different. Our support services are tailored around individual goals, preferences, and circumstances.

At Sereni Care, we believe that every individual's journey is different — that is why our support services are tailored around the goals, preferences, and circumstances of each participant. We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure care is consistent, respectful, and aligned with each participant's NDIS plan.

Being located in Western Sydney allows us to provide responsive and localised support to participants across its various suburbs including (but not limited to) Penrith, Merrylands, St Marys, Auburn, Kellyville, Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, and all other Western Sydney and South Western Sydney suburbs. Sereni Care is committed to creating supportive relationships built on trust, respect, and understanding.
