Sereni Care supports NDIS participants in building confidence and reconnecting with their community. For individuals living with psychosocial disabilities or mental health conditions, social isolation can often become a barrier to wellbeing.

Our support workers help participants gradually re-engage with community activities in a comfortable and supportive way, providing patient guidance to ensure participants feel empowered.

Why Community Participation Matters

Social isolation can be a major source of stress for individuals with mental health conditions. Our support helps participants reconnect, develop social confidence, and take part in meaningful activities that enhance wellbeing.

Based in Western Sydney, we support participants across surrounding suburbs including (but not limited to) Penrith, Merrylands, St Marys, Auburn, Kellyville, Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, and all other Western Sydney and South Western Sydney suburbs.
